Since NYE you have been sick. Flu, cold, pneumonia, cold, now ER with 102 that won't go away. I feel so sad for you. Mommy would do anything to make you better.

You got into Socrates school!!! Good stuff. And we are grateful mommy didn't have any bad results on her mammogram. It's been a hectic few weeks.... But we continue to count our blessings.

You have the most perfect hair color. Even as you lay sleeping in the ER bed, these tiny flecks of golden brown pick up the light.

You continue to amaze me....

today we are home sick in bed. you are and have been sick for most of 2012. Pneumonia and flu, cold and now 24 hour flu. You missed your first field trip and school bus ride. Your class was going to go to the fire eat and we even had special chop sticks for you that were like a clothes pin. I am so sorry. It breaks my heart to see you so sick, but you are pretty good even then. I bought you some tulips and in between being sick you even thanked mommy and pinky for taking care of you. I love you so much.

You have a new babysitter ms. amanda. she is fun, does make up and hair, and plays games. She really seemed to enjoy you too. I hope you know that each day you and I spend together is gift, and I am so happy to have you in my life.

You are a great girl. You continue to amaze me with the spirit you have, the joy you find in things and the time you send making others happy. You make drawings, and cook in your easy bake oven. You give hugs and you sign songs. You are a true joy.

This year you continued to be the best thing in my life. You made coming home from each business trip a true pleasure. Always wondering what I would bring, and me always enjoying finding something you would love. HAWAYO or otherwise known as OHIO you were fond of.

You are 47 lbs, an d 3 feet 9 inches tall.

You got letters and videos from Santa and were relieved to say the least at getting on the good list. We have that on video, you will have to watch it.

so....long time no talk. Sorry about that. It has certainly not been for lack of needing to write a lot of fun times down. We went to a balloon festival, you are on pre-k with mr. michael, you enjoy "gynastix" and turned 5! Not to mention Christmas and now NYE. I am going to add a few photos and will write more soon.
